A HERITAGE ESTATE WITH SOUL AND HISTORY
As early as the 1600s, Stalltjärnstugan welcomed travelers along the Skalstugevägen traveling to and from Norway. Today, the estate has been transformed into an exclusive retreat, where the echoes of history still linger in the walls. Each building has been carefully restored, resulting in rooms and interiors of the highest standard – featuring calm, warm tones, natural materials, and uncompromising design quality.
The estate consists of the Main House, the Dairy, the Stable, and the Granary – our dedicated bridal suite. Together they offer generous bedrooms (for 26 guests), bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and spacious lounges. The Stable also features a spa area with a sauna, the perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains. Surrounded by forests, water, and peaks, the estate rests in rare tranquility – with each house carrying its own character and story.
In addition to the houses for accommodation and gatherings, there is also a spacious, fully equipped barn designed for celebrations, weddings and dinners with larger groups.

Guests can combine their stay with bespoke activities such as spa treatments, snowmobile safaris, hunting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding or helicopter tours across the mountain peaks.
