A magical apartment with a wonderful view of Åreskutan and Renfjället located high up in Åre Björnen. The apartment is perfect accommodation for the family or a large group of friends and offers 14 beds. The apartment is tastefully decorated in sober colors and offers a spacious living room and combined kitchen with a large fireplace to gather around. The accommodation is directly connected to the lift and slope and offers both ski in and ski out.

In 37B (upper floor of a semi-detached house) there is room for 14 residents. The area on the lower floor is 100 square meters, there are 3 bedrooms here (two with a double bed and an extra bed on the upper shelf in both of these rooms, as well as a room with a bunk bed). So in total 8 people can sleep on the lower level. At the loft (without direct standing height) there are 3 more double beds with room for 6 people. The loft is best suited for children/young people as there is a rather steep staircase up to the loft. A double bed is in a separate room in the loft and the other two in the same room. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. The apartment also includes a separate sauna with relax that is shared with 37C.

Children

High chair, cot, sled, snowracer and ski sled can be rented to the accommodation on request and subject to availability. For those of you traveling with children, we can arrange a babysitter or private ski coach on request and subject to availability.

Åre Valley Concierge

We can arrange extra cleaning during your stay on request. As well as private chef, catering, breakfast packages or restaurant bookings. Other help with purchases before arrival, firewood, activity bookings, nanny, massage therapist can be arranged. Everything on request and subject to space and for an extra cost.

Can be booked Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Sunday online. For other days and length of your stay please contact Åre Valley Lodges. Bookings valid from Sunday to Thursday, and Thursday to Sunday are possible. Then the price is 75% of the weekly price.​

The price includes place of departure, towels and made beds.
