Divided into four distinct sections, the chalet is thoughtfully designed to allow each group or family their own private space. At the heart of the home is a generous lounge area centered around a grand fireplace – an inviting space for gathering after a day in the mountains. The adjoining kitchen and dining area are styled in modern Nordic country design and fully equipped for shared meals and relaxed cooking.

After outdoor adventures on Åreskutan, the private sauna offers the perfect place to unwind. The property features ski-in access and a short 150-meter walk out to the nearest slopes and lifts.

The separate annex provides additional accommodation with its own compact kitchen, dining area, single bedroom, bathroom with shower and sauna, and a second bedroom with a double bed upstairs – ideal for guests or extended family.

Situated in the sought-after Sadeln area, part of the Åre ski resort, the location offers excellent winter skiing from mid-December to late April. In the summer and autumn months, guests can enjoy hiking, downhill biking, kayaking, and more, with lifts operating from June through October.

Bookings are available online from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. For other days and lengths of stay, please contact Åre Valley Lodges. Bookings from Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday are also possible.

The price includes final cleaning, towels, and made beds.
