This is the unique Ski Lodge with Ski in/Ski out access with fireplace, sauna and own bar room in Åre Sadeln.
On the upper level you find the main entrance with a spacious hall that is perfect for the large skiing family, living room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom. On the lower level there is another living room, 4 bed rooms and laundry room.
There is an own bar and social area with pool table and a place to relax and hang out after a day in the slopes.
The area where this villa is situated is called Sadeln which is a part of the Åre resort. Here you can ski during the winter season (mid-December, sometimes earlier) to end April when the lifts closes. During the other months you can hike, downhill bike, kayaking etc. The lifts are open from June – October.
During non high season weeks it's possible to book the house Thursday - Sunday or Sunday- Thursday for 75% of the weekly price.

KICK OFF
Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Övre Sadelvägen. Huset var perfekt anpassat för 16 personer med gott om utrymme för alla. Ski in/ski out-läget gjorde det extra smidigt och bekvämt. Servicen från Åre Valley Lodges var utmärkt, mycket professionella och lösningsorienterade. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!

We had a wonderful time - the house is splendid, truely ski in ski out, has a marvelous external (and internal) sauna with a beautyful view and is perfectly suited for big groups / family.
