You will find this unique villa in a spectacular design at the top of Björnen Mountain in Åre. A mountain home with huge panoramic windows, large bedrooms, fireplace in the middle of the house, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and other amenities.

The exclusive house is 304 KVM and has beds for 11 people.

When you open the door at the grand entrance, you are greeted by a unique fireplace in the middle and a large kitchen and living room with a magnificent view of the entire Åre Lake.

The villa has 3 levels with a continuous staircase. On the entrance floor/in the middle there is a large master bedroom formerly a kitchen, living room and hall with WC with a large double bed, chaise longue and desk. On the upper floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed, a walking closet and a private bathroom en suite. The view in the bedroom is incomparable. Upstairs there is also a room with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a laundry room. On the lower floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one with a 160cm bed and one with a 180cm bed. There is also a sauna with a shower, a WC and an isolated TV room.

The villa is just 20 meters away from the slopes and the lift. The villa is situated on top of the mountain close to the hotel Copperhill.

The area is called Björnen which is a part of the Åre resort. Here you can ski during the winter season (mid-December, sometimes earlier) to end April when the lifts closes. During the other months you can hike, downhill bike, kayaking etc. The lifts are open from June – October.

It's possible to book the house Thursday - Sunday or Sunday- Thursday for 75% of the weekly price. During high season weeks the villa will only be rented out weekly.
